Founded by Executive Chef Taylor Montgomery and his wife Fran, Montgomery Sky Farm is more than a working farm. It’s a living expression of intentional living—where regenerative farming, private dining experiences, animal rescue and rehabilitation all intersect to honor the land and those who share it.
We continue to push boundaries while staying rooted in sustainability, care, and second chances—for animals, for people, and for the soil beneath our feet.
What began in 2018 has grown into a thriving ecosystem, nurtured by the support of our surrounding WNC and upstate communities. We’re excited for what lies ahead, and remain guided by the belief that in life, you have to keep pushing—because the sky is limitless.
